Distribution Center Director

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Set strategic business development direction for all channels & manage distribution partners.

- Develop & monitor the implementation of sales plans in order to generate the expected profit.

- Develop distribution system, human resources, operations, and monitoring system to maximize resources and efficiency.

- Develop consistently all sales channels (Distributions, HORECA, B2B, ...)

- Regularly audit, evaluate market site to identify abnormal issues and provide solutions, disciplinary actions on time. Ensure each sales site has to be visited by Sales supervisor at least once per month.

- Manage stock flow, avoid slow stock cycle, and ensure goods are released timely.

- Provide training for Sales supervisors, transportation & logistic supervisor. Help to develop the soft skills and technical skills of the subordinates.

- Coordinate with Human Resources department to development & monitor the compensation & benefit scheme for DC staffs. Be responsible for the labor efficiency, human resources planning.

- Communicate and provide guidance, evaluation the implementation of company policies and procedures of subordinates. Regularly remind and have disciplinary actions when needed.

- Follow company policy, procedures according to the roles & responsibility of the position.

- Be the representative of the company to develop and maintain strong partnerships with our partners.

- Other tasks following assignment of line manager.
