POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
Position: Operations Service Assistant
Department: Operations
Location: 477-479 An Duong Vuong street, Binh Phu Ward (District 6), Ho Chi Minh City
Working time: 8:00 am - 5:50 pm, Mon-Fri
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operating Project (50%)
Act as a support contact point for clients based in Singapore.
Manage and coordinate the Customer Service team to ensure timely support and smooth daily operations.
Support the tracking of project timelines, deliverables, and operational milestones.
Update and maintain the knowledge center with relevant information and documentation.
Support the preparation of reports and operational updates for clients.
Coordinate cross-functional support for new project setup, including workspace preparation, equipment arrangement, system access, and operational readiness.
Office & HR Admin (50%)
Support daily office administration and ensure smooth operations.
Manage office supplies, administrative documentation, and related coordination tasks.
Support HR administrative processes, including employee records and related documentation.
Assist in onboarding activities and orientation support for new hires.
