Mô tả công việc
Main tasks:
1. Sales Goals
- Work with the NSM to set sales targets for dealers based on current market trends and conditions as well as demographics of each geographical states/city
- Set sales KPIs (Walk-In, Test-Drive, Conversion (Walk-In/ Test-Drive), Sales Progress Reports for dealer towards the achievement of the sales target
- Communicate and cascade sales goals for each dealer
- Monitor the progress and achievement of sales target on a weekly/ monthly basis
- Report the progress and achievement of the sales goals to National Sales Manager on a monthly basis
2. Sales Incentives (Monthly, Quarterly & Annually)
- Cascade the sales incentives scheme to dealer(s)
- Monitor the dealers achievements
- Calculate the incentives made by the dealers and process the incentives
3. Sales Audit
- Conduct periodic checks on dealer based on the following criteria
- Adherence and correct implementation of MI sales process
- Sales training conducted by dealer branch manager
- Proper documentation and maintenance of sales KPI (walk in records, test drive records, follow up records, etc.)
- Adherence of Dealer showroom in accordance to MI Brand Image and Corporate Identity
- Conditions of showroom and maintenance of point of sales materials
- Financial records audit
4. Sales Inventory Management
- Manage stock inventory for the dealer
- Analyse sales data of each dealer and do sales stock planning for NSM
- Ensure yearly ending inventory is no more than 1.0 months of sales and no more than 9 months old
- Work with dealer principals and sales manager stock ordering and clearing of aging stock inventory
5. Sales Policies, Sales Strategies & Sales Compliance
- Help develop and set sales policies with the NSM to ensure transparencies in the communication of sales related activities between consumers and sales outlet
- Check the relevance of the current sales policies and revise if necessary
- Set clear sales guidelines to ensure sales consistency and transparencies
- Devise and implement sales strategies for dealer(s) to achieve sales target through sales analysis
- Make corrective sales strategies to ensure achievement of the sales target
- Resolve issues relating to sales policies
- Cascade the sales policies to dealer (s)
- Ensure strict compliance of sales policies of dealer(s)
6. Sales Analysis and Sales Forecast
- Collect sales data for dealers on a weekly basis
- Analyse sales data of dealer outlet
- Work with dealer sales manager to monitor and evaluate individual dealers' sales performance, budget and schedule
- Based on the analysis of the sales data, accurately do a sales forecast on a monthly basis
- Work with NSM to do an annual sales forecast for dealers based on collective sales, political & economic data from country, review and revise if necessary.
7. Sales Administration and Complaint Resolution
- Ensure the proper administration of sales documentation by the dealers
- Consolidate daily sales report (Walk in reports and test drive reports) to NSDM
- Consolidate financial report of dealer on a monthly basis.
- Resolve all issues and complaints pertaining to dealer sales related issues

- Process good knowledge of economics and how current market trends influence sales
- Is persuasive and can influence others
- Has good leadership and communications skills, both written and verbal
- Is proactive and anticipates potential problems before it happened
- Able to develop sales strategies based upon prior experience
- Possesses good customer service skills
