Mô tả công việc
DMS System Maintenance and Implementation:
- To ensure smooth system operation for DMS system.
- Along with IT and third party to investigate for root causes and find solutions for system issues.
- To provide technical support and guidelines for field sales on implementing DMS daily.
- To grant access to DMS for new users.
- To correct reports formula and templates so as to fully match with business needs.
- To provide requested data quickly and accurately.
- To review/evaluate DMS usage and recommend for actions to improve.
- To investigate data consistency/integrity and propose action to improve.
- To tracking system performance and propose action to prevent bottle necks.
- To train and install DMS analyzers to new users.
- To design and implement DMS user manual for Distributor.
- To work with MKT team to set-up promotion program to make sure promotion program run properly in DMS.
- To set up new price, new product (if any).
- To work with Sales admin team to create code for new Distributor, new DSR, SS...
Yêu cầu
- University graduation or above (IT, software development,Sale-Business..).
- At least 3 years of experience in implementing Sales management software (DMS) at FMCG companies.
- Understand FMCG Sales operation well.
- Good analytic skills.
