JOB DESCRIPTION
Promote, implement, and provide information about the benefits and features of the Timo digital application.
Persuade and assist customers in opening accounts through the app, issuing cards, and depositing funds into their accounts.
Introduce customers to Timo's customer service standards.
Continuously build relationships and proactively engage/attract customers to use their accounts.
Carry out other assigned tasks with the goal of increasing account openings, card issuance, deposits, and account usage.
REQUIREMENTS
Customer service/banking experience is preferred but not required.
Open to 3rd or 4th-year students or those with a flexible schedule.
Available to work 4-5 days per week (8-hour shifts).
Strong communication skills (clear and concise), able to communicate in English is a plus
Detail-oriented, hardworking, reliable, and proactive.
