Mô tả công việc
- Leading team to ensure that the transactions of documents & drawings are well documented and traced at all times.
- Responsible for version control and filing of all original signed off documentation within the project in accordance with the site procedure.
- Coping/generation of master copies of drawings and any additional copy that may be required.
- Maintaining/ordering of printer supplies and paper when requested and any general stationery requirements within Doc Control.
- Generating/issuing of documentation to the Engineer/Employer using current databases and complying with current procedures in place.
- Expediting vendor documentation deliverables as required.
- Liaising with other disciplines to ensure the timely issuing of all project documentation deliverables.
- Developing new techniques and solutions and routinely suggests and justifies work process improvements
- Expedites review, signature approval, and release of documents and internally produced documents
- Assisting Project Manager / Engineer (s) in general project works as and when necessary
Yêu cầu
- Minimum academic qualification: Bachelor's/College Degree;
- Having at least three (3) years of experience as document controller of Plant Engineering Project;
- Excellent English speaking, listening and writing skills;
- Willing to work under high pressure;
- Knowledge and experience with MS Word, Access, PowerPoint and Excel
Benefits:

Other information:
- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8.00AM-5.00PM
- Probation period: 2 months with full salary.
- Work place: Yen Xa, Thanh Tri, Hanoi
