- We are looking for an experience DCC to control the Inspection document and other technical document related to construction and project at our construction sites/ Chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm một DCC có kinh nghiệm để kiểm soát hồ sơ nghiệm thu và các tài liệu kỹ thuật khác liên quan đến thi công và dự án tại các công trường xây dựng.
- DCC need to have the basic knowledge in computer, document control, scan and storage document/ DCC cần có kiến thức cơ bản về máy tính, quản lý hồ sơ, scan và lưu trữ hồ sơ.
* Responsibilities/ Trách nhiệm
- Coordinate with the Secretary/ DC office, Supervisor at site and to administration documents at the site/ Phối hợp với
Thư ký/ DC văn phòng, Giám sát tại site xử lý các văn bản hành chính tại công trường.
- Receive, distribute, arrange, store, retrieve/ tracking and manage correctly all the documents of project (hard copy và soft copy) including letters, emails, calculation reports, drawings, comment sheets, comment response sheets between Owner / Contractor / Vendor / 3rd parties. Nhận, phân phối, sắp xếp, lưu trữ, truy xuất và quản lý một cách chính xác tất cả các tài liệu của dự án (hard copy và soft copy) bao gồm thư từ, email, báo cáo tính toán, bản vẽ, phiếu nhận xét, phiếu phản hồi nhận xét giữa Chủ đầu tư / Nhà thầu / Nhà cung cấp / bên thứ 3.
- Check the documents from Internal /contractor / third parties in terms of format, form, revision, arrangement to make sure they are in conformity with the project's requirements. Kiểm tra các tài liệu từ nội bộ /nhà thầu / bên thứ ba về định dạng, hình thức, sửa đổi, sắp xếp để đảm bảo chúng phù hợp với yêu cầu của dự án.
- Monitor Inspection Notification/ Inspection report is submited by Subcontractor and transfer to Owner. Theo dõi các Thư mời nghiệm thu/ Hồ sơ nghiệm thu được trình bởi nhà thầu phụ và trình cho chủ đầu tư phê duyệt.
- Provide support in project control by reports for document status when required. Hỗ trợ kiểm soát dự án bằng cách lập báo cáo về tình trạng tài liệu khi được yêu cầu.
