Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and relevant departments to handle assigned tasks.
Prepare various reports as requested by the
Project Manager (PM).
Handle document submission and receipt; maintain and track incoming/outgoing documents using a system.
Arrange, classify, manage, and control all documents at the site office.
During project implementation, coordinate with contractors/consultants to prepare documents for authority inspections.
Handover documents/files to relevant departments as instructed by the Manager.
Prepare submission documents and liaise with Managers/Board of Directors (BOD) to expedite the approval process.
Coordinate with team members to stamp drawings
Perform document scanning when required.
Manage office supplies at the site and place orders in a timely manner.
Provide Vietnamese-English and English-Vietnamese translation when required.
Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager and/or Project Manager.
Working time: 8:00 - 17:00 (Mon-Fri).
Bachelor or higher.
At least 2 years of experience in a related role.
Basic Microsoft Office skills.
Basic English communication skills.
