- Be responsible for accurate shipping docs and follow up shipping schedule.
- Check and issue all related docs for air-sea inbound/outbound shipments (Pre-alert / Bill of Lading / Credit Note / Debit Note etc...)
- File AMS, ACI, AFR for export shipments to USA, Canada & Japan.
- Follow-up on import/export shipments until shipment completed.
- Ensure all charges and related docs are collected from Customer / Over-sea partner / Local agent and report to Operation Manager if any charge or documents are pending timely
- Constant care is required in order to ensure all tasks are carried out timely and correctly
- Other duties assigned by Managers & Director.

- Bachelor degree in economics or related fields
- Over 1 year experiences in Logistics and Forwarding field, especially in documentation and operation.
- Good English skills, computer skills and communication skills.
- High responsibility, being able to work under pressure.
- Being service-minded, careful, hard-working and positive thinking.
- Honest, passionate, cheerful.
