Receive and process booking information from the sales department, partners, agents, and company offices abroad;
Prepare documents related to international freight forwarding: Booking, Bill of Lading, Delivery Order, manifest declaration, ...
Send pre-alert to customers/agents;
Urge, check and reconcile relevant information of shipping lines, CS/Sales department for accounting to pay suppliers;
Monitor the progress of goods transportation from the port of departure to the port of destination;
Quickly update information to related parties if any problems arise during the transportation of goods;
Monitor payment of freight and other surcharges related to the shipment in charge;
Coordinate with the warehouse management department and the import-export department in monitoring, loading and unloading, and carrying out procedures for goods at the port of departure and arrival for booked shipments;
