Scope of Responsibilities
1. Main mission
Internal training (beauty advisors for B2C market, sales teams for B2B market)
External training (partners and retailers' staff : chains of pharmacy, cosmetic chains, beauty stores)
Assist to develop a sales force through delivering sales technique training courses to the Beauty Advisor team (BA) in order to ensure effective business.
Conduct monthly in-house training, ensure line programs and product knowledge to match with Brand standards.
Support to prepare training materials and modify training guidelines.
Support other activities including livestream & photo shooting.
Conduct field coaching (in-store coaching) to keep the engagement with customers staff, our BA and ensure products knowledge are well understood and transferred to end-users
2. Do the on-site training and conduct field visit:
Plan and follow the route list of field visits in accordance with the business needs daily, monthly, quarterly.
Train and transfer brands and products knowledge for customers' /stores staff
Coach & reinforce our BA's brand knowledge and selling skills.
Ensure the knowledge of brands is acquired and leveraged to develop brands engagement and serve shoppers shopping missions within the scale of stores.
Prepare the contents, material, and tool kits (including samples, leaflet, in-store POSM) for each field visit.
Check visibility in stores including POG, stocks, competitors, BA grooming and attitude.
3. Do the internal training of the team: Plan and provide proper training with a double objective to better understand the brand, products/pathology and sales techniques.
Preparing slides and providing training for the sales team, BA team, Ecom & MKT team on a regular basis.
On-board training for newcomers.
Organize product tests periodically and report results for KPI assessment.
4. Plan class training with our customers:
Coordinate with key partners (chains of pharmacy, cosmetics chains, beauty stores)
Organize external training or customer conferences with presentations and logistic preparation of: meal, POSM, standee, gifts, gimmicks....
Scheduled team training on a regular basis with our customers or according to their proper demand.
Be in charge of checking technical information for promotional materials (brochures, leaflets, visual aids, PR articles...).
Translate and localize training materials
Other duties as assigned and/or requested.
Minimum of 2 to 3 years experienced in a similar position.
Previous experience as trainer or sales. Sales experience, knowledge, and training for the sales force is highly preferred.

Passionate about cosmetics & enjoy being on the field.
Good communication skills
Planning, timing management skills.
