JOB DESCRIPTION
Receive and update documentation of QMS, Safety, Healthy and Environment to ensure all documentation are latest Issue status and available at QAQC Department.
Control material incoming record .
Control documentation (Procedures, work instructions and QC inspection recordings) on Document Management Clouds System (DMC)
Follow up, update, make training plan in monthly, quarterly, yearly.
Support QC Inspector for prepare/perform quality report and MTC if required.
Record and Update revision of drawing once receiving
Provide secretarial service and support all administrative and social activities
REQUIREMENTS
Colleges degree or its equivalent
Basic in English
Good at Microsoft Office, internet, ...
No working experience required.
