Mô tả công việc
- Manage 3 operators & 1 leader (100 -200 person), goods, quality & quantity for each section.
- Receive order from planning dept, order materials, worker hiring to prepare for production.
- Monitor KPI and PDCA cycle, productivity, and safety.
- Work with QC, planning department and other department to carry out process improvement.
- Deal with defective products.
- Other details of the job will be discussed in the interview.
Yêu cầu
- Graduated College or University, from 30 years old and above.
- Have 4 years-experience as Production Management (level: Production supervisor)
- Good at English to communicate with Japanese managers and make report in English.
- Good knowledge about manufacturing systems like 5S, Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, 4M, 7 tools of QC, PDCA.
- Know to use word, excel, power point, pareto (production diagram).
