Arrival Experience
Welcome members and guests with discretion and professionalism.
Open doors, offer assistance, and create a polished first impression.
Recognise members and greet them by name when appropriate.
Access & Security
Monitor the entrance and maintain access control.
Work closely with reception and guest relations to ensure accurate guest entry.
Support emergency procedures and ensure health & safety at the door.
Ambience & Brand Presence
Maintain the immediate exterior and entrance areas to HAUS standards.
Assist members with directions, transport, or guest arrangements.
Provide a calm, confident presence throughout operating hours.

Experience in a guest-facing role within luxury hospitality or private clubs.
Strong interpersonal skills and professional appearance.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations discreetly.
Understanding of access control and basic safety procedures.
High level of reliability and punctuality.
