Drafts Person (Onboard After Tet)

* What you'll do
- Understand the general building industry.
- Read and interpret architectural and engineering plans into detailed shop drawings.
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by architects, engineers, or designers.
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to accurately depict dimensions, materials, and other relevant information.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure that the drawings meet the required standards and specifications.
- Pay attention to detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to interpret and translate design concepts into precise drawings
- Ensure customer queries are actioned and resolved appropriately in a timely manner to avoid construction delays.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of drafting processes and standards.
- Be able to work in a team or independently.
- Contribute to language-related projects and initiatives.
- Other tasks assigned by the Manager.
