The Driver Development Intern will assist the team in analyzing data, supporting process improvements, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who want to gain practical experience in operations, business analysis, and cross-department collaboration within a fast-paced tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support weekly and monthly operational tasks for driver.
- Support documentation and procedures with business partners.
- Assist in developing driver strategies.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Service, Data, and Product teams on operational tasks.
- Conduct research on customers, drivers, competitors, and market trends to develop app growth strategies.
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports and operational plans.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
Yêu cầu
● 3rd or 4th year student or recent graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.
● Interest in Operations, E-commerce, Logistics, or Business Optimization.
● Basic skills in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL/Python is a plus but not required.
● Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working with numbers.
● Good communication and teamwork skills.
● Proactive, open-minded, and willing to take on new tasks.
● Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
● Responsible, organized, and able to manage simple tasks independently.
● Able to work at least 4-5 days per week.
