I. JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Core Responsibilities (50%)
- Generate and develop creative advertising and communication ideas.
- Work closely with the Account, Planning, and Creative teams to ensure that creative outputs align with client briefs and expectations.
- Propose and present ideas directly to clients.
- Draft slogans, taglines, ad copy, video scripts, and other campaign-related content.
2. Research & Development (30%)
- Conduct research to deeply understand products, services, industries, and target consumers.
- Stay updated with creative trends, writing styles, and cultural insights.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior copywriters, trainees, or interns.
3. Additional Responsibilities (20%)
- Participate in client meetings to understand creative needs and project goals.
- Contribute to internal creative activities, including team brainstorming, internal design needs, and organizing workshops or training sessions.
II. REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Literature, or related fields.
- 2-3 years of experience in advertising, PR, or marketing, ideally in a digital agency.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to emotionally engage and influence readers.
- Solid knowledge of social trends,
digital marketing channels, and consumer behavior.
- Strong understanding of client needs from both product and business/communication goal perspectives.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a high level of creativity and initiative.
- Capable of developing big campaign ideas and turning them into executable actions and content.
- Strong presentation and persuasive communication skills.
- Leadership abilities to guide team members toward a unified creative direction.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (up to 3 at a time).
- Fluent in both Vietnamese and English, with strong language proficiency in writing and editing.
- Culturally aware with a strong grasp of social contexts and trends.
- Exceptional storytelling, ideation, and semantic analysis skills.
- Versatile in tone, style, and writing approaches for different audiences and platforms.
Plus Points
● Hands-on experience as a
content creator (e.g., social media, short-form videos, branded content)
● Experience managing content execution workflows, including working with
designers, editors, or production teams to deliver assets on time.
● Familiarity with content calendars, performance-based content planning, or brand storytelling on social-first platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
