Mô tả công việc
- Responds to guest needs and resolves related problems
- Ensures VIPs and hotel member guests receive special attention
- Assists Club Floor Manager in greeting, rooming, and sending off VIP guests.
- Promotes hotel sales and in-house facilities.
- Checks billing instructions and monitors guest credit
- Analyses and approves discounts and rebates.
- Analyses the rate variance report to ensure rooms revenue control
- Takes action with the Property Management Systems (PMS) in emergency situation.
- Fully conversant with all hotel emergency procedures.
- Other detailed tasks will be discussed during interview

Yêu cầu
- Experience: At least 2 years working in 5 star hotels at supervisory level in Room division/ Front Office
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Excellent supervision, leadership and communication skills.
- Must be thoroughly conversant with Rooms Division operation and the computer software systems (Opera PMS)
- Shift working either for morning, afternoon or night.
- Ability to perform wide varieties of tasks during the absences of Rooms Division Manager, guest service agent, reception, cashier, butlers, business centre.
