Dyeing Manager (Textile)

Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Dyeing Manager (Textile,2000 USD, ID19499):
Ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD):
Ensure dyeing production meets OTD targets.
Analyze workforce utilization, facility layout, production costs, process flow charts, and schedules to enhance efficiency.
Participate in production-related meetings, including backlog reviews and internal coordination.
Maintain and update the OTD tracking report.
Investigate OTD failures and implement corrective actions.
Ensure Right First Time (RFT):
Analyze organizational structures and project data to define roles and responsibilities.
Maintain dyeing failure reports; conduct root cause analysis and propose solutions to improve RFT performance.
Prevent Operator Errors:
Implement Kaizen initiatives to improve production efficiency, product quality, 5S practices, and visual management.
Enforce discipline and deliver training programs for dyeing operators.
Ensure compliance with labor safety standards and company regulations.
Other Duties:
Design, schedule, and procure production tools, equipment, and workstations as needed.
Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance of dyeing machinery.
