As an E-com Accountant Senior Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial operations across our fast-growing e-commerce business. You will oversee revenue reconciliation, accounts receivable and payable, inventory control, tax compliance, and financial reporting while working closely with cross-functional teams to support efficient business operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, high-volume environment and is passionate about driving financial accuracy and operational excellence.
What You Will Do
1. Revenue Reconciliation & Accounts Receivable (AR)
Track, compile, and monitor order data generated from e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada) and other online channels.
Reconcile sales revenue, cancellations/returns, vouchers, discounts, platform fees, shipping fees, affiliate/KOC commissions, and other related deductions.
Monitor actual cash receipts from platforms, reconcile them with recognized revenue, and investigate/report any discrepancies.
Compile and prepare data for issuing electronic invoices (e-invoices) for e-commerce orders.
Coordinate with the Warehouse and Operations teams to reconcile orders, outbound shipments, returned goods, and delivery statuses.
2. Cost Management, Inventory & Accounts Payable (AP)
Track, audit, and reconcile inventory levels between accounting records and physical stock across multiple warehouses.
Aggregate selling expenses on e-commerce platforms and prepare periodic financial reports broken down by shop, sales channel, and product.
Track and monitor costs, and update payment statuses for each project.
Review and prepare payment orders for both inbound and outbound transactions.
3. Tax, Reporting & Administration
Track tax obligations arising from e-commerce activities (including Personal Income Tax - PIT for KOLs/KOCs, etc.).
Assist in preparing data for profit-and-loss (P&L) statements, tax reports, and internal management reports.
Properly store and archive reconciliation files, accounting vouchers, and reports related to e-commerce sales activities.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the
Finance Manager (FM).
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably within e-commerce businesses managing transactions from platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, or other major marketplaces.
Experience in the e-commerce, retail, or cosmetics industry is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with MISA e-Invoicing and NetSuite ERP systems is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce reconciliation, cash flow management, and Accounts Receivable (AR) / Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
Solid understanding of Vietnamese tax regulations, e-invoicing requirements, and financial compliance.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, with the ability to manage and analyze large volumes of transactional data.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Honest, responsible, and able to work independently while taking ownership of financial data.
Meticulous, well-organized, eager to learn, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
