Job Description
We're looking for a data-driven and dynamic E-commerce Executive to lead online store operations across platforms such as Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, and Wayfair. You'll work directly with the CEO and cross-functional teams to scale our online presence and sales globally.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate and manage online stores: product listings, order processing, returns
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams
• Assist in executing promotional campaigns and SEO strategies
• Monitor store performance (traffic, sales, conversion) and provide reports
• Suggest improvements for UI/UX and conversion optimization (e.g., A/B testing)
• Participate in new product launches and content updates
• Communicate with U.S.-based partners and external service providers
• Support the CEO and cross-functional teams in project execution
• Stay updated on latest e-commerce trends, tools, and platform updates
Yêu cầu
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written) - able to work comfortably in an English-speaking environment
• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, especially in online shop operations
• Familiar with at least one major platform: Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, Wayfair
• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Team player, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Willing to take ownership and meet business KPIs
• Must be based in Ho Chi Minh City
• Exhibits strong integrity, takes full ownership of assigned responsibilities, and consistently upholds a high standard of work ethic to help the team achieve its performance goals and KPIs.
