E-commerce Executive

We are looking for an E-commerce Executive/Specialist to support the growth of Bloomentum's DTC Brands across Shopify, Tiktok Shop, and other Ecommerce channels. This role focuses on executing commercial campaigns, optimizing store performance, improving conversion rates, and delivering an outstanding online shopping experience through data-driven execution.

1. Manage Ecommerce Channels

• Manage the day-to-day operations of Shopify, DTC websites, TikTok Shop, and other Ecommerce platforms.
• Ensure product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotional content are accurate and up to date.
• Monitor store performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization

2. Execute Commercial Campaigns

• Execute promotional campaigns, product launches, flash sales, bundles, and seasonal activities across Ecommerce channels.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, and Product teams to ensure campaigns are launched on time.
• Support merchandising activities to maximize product visibility and sales performance.

3. Optimize Store Performance

• Optimize product pages (PDP), landing pages, merchandising, and customer journey to improve conversion rates.
• Monitor key Ecommerce metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and sales performance.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and improving the online shopping experience.

4. Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Track Ecommerce performance and prepare regular reports.
• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and product performance to generate actionable insights.
• Support continuous improvements based on data and business needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Ecommerce
• Hands-on experience managing Shopify, DTC websites, TikTok Shop, and/or major ecommerce marketplaces.
• Good understanding of Ecommerce operations, merchandising, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and conversion optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with Ecommerce data and performance metrics.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Good English reading skills; written and spoken English is a plus.

• Base salary: VND 14,000,000 - 28,000,000/month, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Performance-based bonuses.
