1. E-Commerce & Distribution
Manage hotel presence and content across brand websites, OTAs, and other online booking channels.
Ensure room rates, packages, promotions, inventory, descriptions, images, and hotel information are accurate and up to date.
Monitor channel performance, booking trends, conversion, cancellation, and production.
Support rate and inventory updates in coordination with Revenue Management.
Identify opportunities to improve online visibility, ranking, conversion, and revenue.
2. Performance & Reporting
Prepare regular e-commerce and digital performance reports.
Analyze key metrics including website traffic, conversion, booking pace, channel production, and campaign performance.
Track competitor online presence, pricing, promotions, and digital activities.
Provide actionable insights to improve revenue and online performance.
3. Guest Experience & Online Reputation
Monitor guest reviews and online feedback across major platforms.
Coordinate with relevant departments to address issues and improve guest satisfaction.
Identify recurring feedback and recommend improvements to the online guest journey.
4. Other Responsibilities
Maintain effective relationships with OTAs, digital partners, and relevant vendors.
Support commercial projects, promotions, and new channel launches.
Perform other duties assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing / Commercial Director.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, E-Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in E-Commerce,
Digital Marketing, Distribution, Revenue, or a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Experience working with OTAs, hotel websites, channel management systems, and digital platforms.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
Good understanding of hotel distribution, online booking behavior, and digital marketing.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
