II. FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS OBJECTIVES (FBO)
Own and operate BéBé's Shopee channel on a daily basis: ensure the store runs smoothly, orders are fulfilled efficiently, and customers are well taken care of.
Drive revenue through effective campaign execution, optimized product listings, and performance ads.
This is a hands-on execution role - the ideal candidate is detail-oriented, commercially minded, and comfortable showing up on camera for livestream and video content when needed.
III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Store Operations & Order Management (30%)
Manage daily operations of BéBé's Shopee store: product listing, pricing, promotions, vouchers, and store decoration. Process orders and coordinate with the warehouse and logistics partners (SPX, GHN) to ensure on-time fulfillment. Monitor inventory levels; flag low-stock or overstock situations to the Commercial team.
2. Customer Service (20%)
- Handle customer inquiries, consultations, and complaints via Shopee chat - before and after purchase.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds per brand policy. Maintain shop response rate and rating at target levels.
3. Campaign & Promotion Execution (20%)
- Set up and execute sale campaigns, flash sales, bundle deals, and mega campaigns per the marketing calendar.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Design teams to ensure campaign assets (banners, product images, videos) are ready and on-brand.
- Support the planning and execution of Brand Day, Double Day, and seasonal campaigns on Shopee.
4. Content, SEO & Ads (20%)
- Optimize product listings for Shopee SEO: keywords, product descriptions, images, and video.
- Set up, manage, and optimize Shopee Ads (Search Ads, Discovery Ads) to hit CIR and GMV targets.
- Collaborate on ads plan to support livestream and short video content; test and report on ad performance.
5. Content & Livestream Support (10%)
- Coordinate with the Marketing team on content formats: livestream, short videos, affiliate, and seeding to drive views and orders on Shopee.
- Be willing and able to appear on camera in livestream sessions or product videos when needed.
IV. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
1. Revenue & GMV
Monthly Shopee GMV meets or exceeds target.
Scoring: Score 3: 90-99% of target - Meets expectations | Score 4: 100-119% - Exceeds | Score 5: ≥120% - Outstanding
2. Ads Performance
CIR within target range; ROAS improves quarter over quarter.
Scoring: Score 3: CIR within 10% of target | Score 4: on target | Score 5: below target CIR + QoQ ROAS improvement
3. Customer Service
Shop response rate ≥95%; shop rating maintained at ≥4.8.
Scoring: Binary - Pass / Fail
4. Campaign Execution
Campaign assets and promotions set up on schedule (on-time rate ≥95%); zero missed campaign windows.
Scoring: Score 3: 90-99% on-time | Score 4: 100% on-time | Score 5: 100% on-time + measurable GMV uplift from campaigns
V. REQUIREMENTS
Core Competencies
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing high-volume daily operations.
- Able to read and act on basic e-commerce metrics: GMV, CIR, AOV, conversion rate, traffic.
- Familiar with Shopee Seller Center, Shopee Ads, and campaign setup tools.
- Good communication skills in Vietnamese - written (customer chat, product copy) and verbal (livestream, video).
- Proactive, accountable, and able to work under sales pressure.
- Presentable appearance and clear, confident speaking voice - comfortable appearing on camera.
Experience & Education
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of hands-on Shopee operations experience (Seller Center, Ads, campaigns).
- Strongly preferred: prior experience in Fashion, Mom & Baby, or retail categories.
