* Job Description
- Overview: As the E-Commerce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our brand's online presence. This position requires a dynamic individual with a passion for e-commerce, a strong strategic mindset, and the ability to execute with precision. You will be the key driver in expanding our digital footprint, optimizing online sales channels, and ensuring our brand remains competitive in the rapidly evolving online marketplace.
* Responsibilities:
- Platform Management: Take ownership of our official stores on leading e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok Shop. Your role will involve adding new products, setting up effective promotional strategies, ensuring store visibility, and managing inventory to optimize sales performance.
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate closely with platform key account managers to develop and execute campaigns that align with platform-specific strategies. Your goal is to maximize sales and brand visibility by participating in high-impact campaigns, flash sales, and other promotional activities.
- Strategic Planning: Design and implement comprehensive e-commerce marketing plans, focusing on promotions, campaigns, and effective use of platform tools such as on-platform ads and CPAS (Collaborative Performance Advertising Solution). You'll also be responsible for exploring and leveraging new tools and techniques to stay ahead of the competition.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance data regularly. Prepare detailed monthly sales reports, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop actionable insights to inform the work plan for the following month and drive continuous improvement.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience across all e-commerce touchpoints. Work closely with customer service teams to address any issues promptly and effectively, maintaining high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside other departments, including marketing, logistics, and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to e-commerce activities. Your ability to communicate effectively across teams will be crucial in aligning efforts and achieving business goals.

- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years managing e-commerce stores on platforms such as Shopee, Tiktok Shop and Lazada, with proven success in driving sales through on-platform marketing tools like Ad-tools and CPAS.
- E-Commerce Expertise: Deep understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem, including the importance of agility and responsiveness in the fast-paced digital market.
- Sales-Driven: Highly motivated by targets, with a strong focus on achieving and surpassing sales goals.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships, both internally with team members and externally with platform partners. Strong human skills are essential for collaboration and negotiation.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry is highly desirable, as it will enable you to better understand our products and customer base.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, for analyzing sales data and making data-driven decisions. Familiarity with other analytical tools and e-commerce management software is a plus.
- Innovative Mindset: Always on the lookout for new trends and opportunities in the e-commerce space. Your creativity and willingness to experiment will be key to driving our brand forward.
- English Proficiency: Excellent English writing and communication skills are required, as you will need to communicate effectively with international partners and produce content that aligns with our brand's standards.
