Mô tả công việc
1. Platform Operations
Develop revenue and cost plans for assigned marketplace stores.
Manage product listings, including product uploads, optimization of product information, images, pricing, and promotional setups.
Manage order fulfillment and shipment tracking; monitor return rate and store rating performance.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints via platform chat to ensure service quality.
Participate in TikTok Shop campaigns by registering and managing promotional activities (Flash Sale, Mega Sale, Seller Campaigns, etc.).
Liaise with category
Account Managers (AMs) and TikTok support teams to stay updated on platform policies and optimize store performance.
Monitor and maintain key store performance metrics; complete platform tasks to improve store health and performance scores.
Coordinate and execute livestream operations and sales-driven content initiatives.
2. Affiliate & Content
Source and collaborate with suitable KOCs/KOLs for product reviews, including sample coordination and cost negotiation.
Edit and publish videos using available materials, ensuring timelines and content quality standards are met.
3. Reporting
Track operational performance, prepare periodic reports, and propose optimization and improvement initiatives.
Yêu cầu
Experience in TikTok platform operations and at least 1 year of livestream experience; experience in the Mother & Baby category is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields is preferred.
Basic English communication skills, including reading and writing emails.
Proficiency in image and video editing tools (Canva, CapCut).
Basic proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for data tracking and reporting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret key e-commerce metrics (conversion rate, inventory, CTR, etc.).
Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and a strong team player.
Willing to provide customer consultation support outside standard working hours when required.
