Purpose:

This position has a responsibility for supporting each channel (MT, TT or e-commerce) as a
trade marketing function, to achieve both internal/external business KPIs, by closely working with each channel/customer team to ensure channel strategies into POP executions.
This position is required to have business skills to develop tailored master plan in each channel/customer with well aligned with channel strategy, and also work with PIC of each customer to follow up the executions at shopfront.
Also, this position has a responsibility to ensure effective business operation in each channel/customer, i.e. trade expense management, sales forecast management, to be smoothly link with marketing, logistics, production as well as financing department.
EC & Online Retailer - Brand strategy building :
- Build Brand Strategy, Marketing activities,
Digital Marketing, Content Create and Affiliate Marketing.
- Plan Product forfolio, Category concept building for Consumer / Shopper marketing cross the marketplace platforms (Lazada / Shopee/ Tiki/TikTok...Live commerce, Social Commerce) and support key Online Retailers
- Inline with MKT master plan to deliver high performance E-commerce marketing activities.
Digital MKT:
- Developing SiS Layout, EC campaign contents management (Langding Page, thumbnail design, Infographic Banner advertising.......)
- Optimizate Product launching via social communication
- Monitor Advertising campaigns to target shopper/ consumers and increase interaction.
- Lives commerce & Affiliate plan
Content Create:
- Inbound MKT with creative content to engage shopper/consumer to increase Brand Awareness and Influencer
- Viral MKT, Videos cripts, website, KOL & KOC influence MKT
- Alnalize and evaluate indicators of the effectivness of MKT content, shopper and consumer insights
Finance Management:
- Leading the entire campaign planning - proposal - execution - evaluation and optimization cycle for the next campaign.
- Mange EC Account and utilize Brand Fan page and ensure advertising budget effectiveness.
- Weekly, monthly analyze advertising and report to optimize next campaign.
EC & Online SiS- and Campaign Forecast management
- Follow SiS layout ( SiS landing pages - Banner - Thumbnail Infographic .....) promote products effectively.
- Monitor Advertising campaigns, adjusting achieve the best efficiency increasing interaction and targeting customers.
- Assortment Planning to optimize campaign.
- Forecast and Consigment stock management
Effective Communication:
- Maintain general communication in relation with key Partners
- Manage general communication with other functions (Marketing, finance, logistics, production.....)
Payment management(Agency Fee.....)
- Cooperate with Agencies, Finance Accounting to check and proceed Payment for MKT expense.
Report
- Report to EC Sales mgr. all of MKT activities at SiS , online retailer and promoters operation.
- Market information, competitors' activities, campaigns highlight, MKT activiities
- Monthly MKT activities Report
