Prepare images and content to list thousands of apartments from various projects on e-commerce platforms like Chotot, Facebook Marketplace, Batdongsan, Cafeland, etc.
Operate and optimize e-commerce metrics: RPC, CLV, CAR, CAC, etc.
Proactively care for and advise customers from online sources and company-provided data.
Participate in internal training on real estate, finance, legal matters, consulting skills, feng shui analysis, customer psychology, etc.
Join sales events and project launches.
