Key Responsibilities:
Manage order flow and coordinate promotional campaigns on e-commerce platforms.
Handle customer inquiries and feedback via hotline and platform messaging.
Update inventory, optimize content and visuals for brand alignment.
Report on campaign performance and contribute ideas for improvement.
Requirements:
Familiarity with
digital marketing and e-commerce platforms.
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and a growth mindset.
Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to deadlines.
