Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Ecommerce Operation Director ($5000, ID14065)
Take part in discussions and planning sessions for the company's business strategies, and suggest policies and solutions that are appropriate for the company during each period.
Serve as a manager and oversee the operation of the company's e-commerce platform.
Train, delegate tasks, coach, supervise, and evaluate the performance of subordinates to ensure the completion of assigned tasks.
Develop, standardize, optimize, and implement operating models.
Analyze and interpret data and metrics to evaluate performance.
Collaborate with department heads to create operational procedures.
Provide advice on establishing a system to control operating costs and manage risks at every stage of operation.
Manage and enhance the performance of booths on the company's e-commerce platform.
Expand and develop more online shops to boost sales.
Keep up-to-date with sales-related knowledge and professional documents for e-commerce platforms.
Plan and allocate budgets for internal and external marketing campaigns, and innovate to optimize the conversion rate of online orders.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the company's goals, and take responsibility for sales KPIs.
Collaborate with other departments such as Sales and Customer Care to research trends and markets, and create sales plans and promotions to ensure sales across all online channels.
Work with departments such as Marketing to manage images, content, and display products to ensure effective service delivery.
Collaborate with the design department to launch samples in accordance with the season and market demand.
Work with support departments such as Customer Service and Support to ensure overall team effectiveness.
Requirement
Male/Female. Age: under 40 years old
Graduated from University in E-commerce, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Business Administration.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the field of E-Commerce, especially used to manage e-commerce floors for Shopee, Lazada, Tiki....
Good English
Preference will be given to candidates with launching marketing experience.
