Marketing Director for Global Markets

1. Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Lead the creation and implementation of innovative marketing campaigns to promote VinFast's electric vehicles in international markets.
- Brand Building: Enhance VinFast's brand presence globally, emphasizing our commitment to sustainability, innovation, and technology.
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand international trends and consumer preferences, informing strategic marketing decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Partner Management: Establish and maintain relationships with key international partners to amplify marketing efforts and expand market reach.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to optimize performance.
2. Job Requirements:
- Vietnamese nationality/ Overseas Vietnamese with substantial experience in international markets.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the automotive industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of international markets and the ability to adapt strategies to different cultural contexts.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique and compelling marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
- Passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to contributing to the growth of a leading EV brand.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
