Mô tả công việc
- Be a professional representative and conduct telemarketing about Apax Leaders brand to our customers.
- Arrange demo class and coordinate with Academic department organizing placement tests.
- Give detailed consultation about type of programs, study time, school fee,... to our customers in person
- Carry out customer service for not only current but also ex-customers in order to increase the re-registration rate.
- Attend and organize all center's inside - outside events & activities.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Yêu cầu
- College Degree or Above in any field.
- Good appearance.
- At least 1-year work experience in Sales, especially Education Consultation is preferred.
- Active communication skill, dynamic and flexible.
- Be able to work in 2 shifts (10AM - 19PM; 14PM - 21PM) (1 day off/week, not in Sat & Sun)
