* Scope of work:
- The EG Shift Manager reports directly to the Slot Manager. The primary responsibility of the Shift Manager is to ensure that all assigned shift team members perform their duties in accordance with the Business Unit's Standard Operating Procedures and company policies. - The Shift Manager plays a key role in fostering a positive and productive staff culture across departments, aligned with the company's values and objectives. This includes managing staff-related matters such as development, recognition, counseling, and disciplinary actions. Additionally, the Shift Manager is accountable for ensuring that all Electronic Gaming Machines are deployed in compliance with the approved configurations and regulatory standards
* Key Responsibilities:
- Duties may include but not limited to:
+ Manage a team of Supervisors, Attendants, and Ambassadors; collaborate with Casino Technicians and related departments to ensure smooth operations.
+ Foster a work environment that supports development, encourages harmony, and rewards consistent performance.
+ Ensure high standards of guest service, including interaction, service speed, cleanliness, and responsiveness.
+ Ensure the presentation of the slot area is maintained at an optimal level at all times. Maintain a clean, odor-free, and safe gaming environment.
+ Ensure all marketing and promotional activities are implemented and adhered to as directed.
+ Communicate shift updates, procedural changes, and operational issues to team members and management.
+ Identify and implement improvements in procedures, revenue, service, and team morale.
+ Oversee staff counseling and disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
+ Recognize high-value guests and ensure elevated service.
+ Safeguard sensitive company, guest, and employee data.
+ Ensure EGMs are functioning optimally and configured by standards.
+ Verify, approve transactions within threshold limits and handle guest disputes professionally.
+ Complete operational reports and required documentation.
+ Deliver team training and manage other administrative tasks as needed.
Yêu cầu
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a shift management role within gaming operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, guest-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with gaming regulations and standards is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with gaming systems and various EGMs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong computer literacy.
- Solid financial and analytical abilities
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Korean, Cantonese, or Mandarin language skills are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree.
