EHS and Facilities Manager

- Direct EHS activities including planning, implementing, and managing performance & reports to ensure company compliance with all regulations, reviews requirements regarding environment health & safety laws.
- Promote workplace safety, and assists in the development, maintenance, and management of EHS programs at the company, including proactive incident and illness prevention, respiratory protection, contractor safety, and hazardous chemical management.
- Perform EHS assessments to identify workplace hazards and determining appropriate control measures / appropriate corrective action to ensure health and safety target met.
- Direct EHS project(s) including project design and schedule to improve KPIs related to EHS set by the company. Directs the development of short and long-term EHS objectives and recommends goals to management.
- Coordinate training and manage documentation, including but not limited to: Injury and Illness Prevention Plan (IIPP), Evacuation Procedures, PPE, etc
- Be responsible for preventive maintenance of all facilities equipment (HVAC, Water treatment, Air Compressor, Fire Protection System, etc).
- Validate and authorize standard operation procedures for the Facilities Maintenance function.
- Develop and implement robust security strategies and policies to protect the company's assets, employees and facilities.
- Assess potential risks and vulnerabilities, investigate security breaches and reinforce appropriate measures to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of security requirements into business processes and projects.
