ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Interpreting & Translation:
Provide accurate and timely interpretation (verbal and written) between the EHS Manager and stakeholders.
Translate EHS documents, training materials, and communications, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Administrative Support:
Manage calendars and appointments for the EHS Manager.
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Organize and maintain EHS files and records, both physical and digital.
Assist with the coordination and logistics of EHS meetings, training sessions, and events.
EHS Program Support:
Assist with data entry and analysis for EHS metrics and reporting.
Support the development and implementation of EHS initiatives and programs.
Assist with safety audits and inspections, as needed.
Other:
Provide general administrative support to the EHS team, as required.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
All matters pertaining to EHS at all Millennium facilities and operations
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in English

Good English proficiency
Good PC Software skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)
Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the company
Ability to work with a variable schedule (ie. Night shift, weekends, etc.)
Is passionate about Health and Safety, with a desire to learn
