EHS Manager

- Be responsible for managing and maintaining food safety, fire prevention and fighting (FPF), environment, occupational health and safety for all Sites in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, 22000, HACCP, GMP, 14001, Kaizen
- Combine with relevant departments in reviewing, establishing, maintaining, and improving the system.
- Manage, monitor, and update records of safety and hygiene systems, fire protection, environment, occupational health and safety according to ISO 9001, 22000, HACCP, GMP, 14001 standards
- Update and implement current legal documents on ATSP, FPF, environment and occupational health safety.
- Perform periodic review, evaluation and verification of HACCP plan.
- Control of insect control program (Pest control)
- Plan and coordinate with relevant departments to carry out leadership review and internal assessment
- Contact external authorities for announcement of quality, conformity, conformity, food safety, environment, occupational health
- Regularly check the compliance of factories on labor safety regulations, FPF and food safety.
- Organize training, training, and dissemination of knowledge about food safety, environment and periodic occupational health and safety for employees throughout the Company.
- Monitor and report monthly action statistics Corrective Action Report (CAR) monthly. Promote the BP to complete CAR - Improvement actions on schedule
- Responsible for issues related to FPF, advise the BOM on preventive measures to minimize risks to the lowest level
- Track and statistic CAR from customer reviews or complaints monthly. Promote all Departments to complete CAR - Improvement actions on schedule
- Participate in the proposed improvement activities on quality, environment, health and safety of occupational skills, food safety, etc.
- Coordinate with departments to complete the assessment from customers
- Other jobs required by the HR Director
Working location: Lot B1-8, Tay Bac Cu Chi Industrial Zone, D2 Street, Tan An Hoi Commune, Cu Chi District (have bus at Tan Binh IP)
