Academic background in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Auditing, or related disciplines; final-year students or fresh graduates are preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to organize data, perform basic analysis, and prepare clear and structured reports
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and the ability to apply them effectively to support research, document drafting, and workflow automation
Exposure to the securities/stock market is an advantage (e.g. participation in investment competitions, company analysis projects, or academic thesis related to financial markets or securities research)
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work, particularly when handling data and documentation
Proactive learning mindset, good analytical thinking, and willingness to take initiative in supporting team tasks
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with good time management and communication skills
