Job Title: Electrical Control Engineer
Department: Engineering Department
I. Job Description:
Responsible for designing and maintaining electrical and control systems for the EV manufacturing plant, including motor, battery, and control schematics.
II.Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and Installation of Electrical Control Systems
- Design, install, and program electrical cabinets and automation systems for machinery and production lines.
- Prepare wiring diagrams, calculate power capacity, and select suitable components.
2. EV Electrical System Engineering
- Understand the operation of electric motors (BLDC, AC), controllers (ECU), battery, and charging systems.
- Select and configure appropriate electrical systems for each EV type (golf cars, shuttle vehicles).
- Collaborate with R&D and partners to integrate electrical systems into vehicle platforms.
3. Electrical Installation and Maintenance Supervision
- Coordinate with the electromechanical team to implement electrical installations in production areas.
- Supervise testing, inspection, maintenance, and repair of control systems.
4. Technical Documentation Management
- Review and validate technical drawings and as-built documentation.
- Ensure compliance with technical and legal standards.
5. Technical Improvement and Energy Efficiency
- Research and propose energy-saving solutions for production and EV operation.
- Recommend automation and control technologies to optimize cost and system stability.
6. Other Tasks as Assigned
- Perform other duties as directed by line managers or the Board of Directors.

II. Job Requirements:
Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in
Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or Control Engineering.
- Candidates with knowledge of electric vehicle or automotive technology are preferred.
Skill:
- Strong understanding of motor systems, control units, and EV battery technology.
- Proficient in electrical design, circuit diagram interpretation, and control programming.
- Good teamwork, technical coordination, and troubleshooting skills.
Experience:
- Experience working in an electric vehicle or equipment manufacturing plant.
- Preference given to candidates with at least 2 years of experience or training in a Japanese manufacturing environment.
IV. KPIs & Evaluation Criteria:
1. Design and Implementation of Control Systems
- ≥ 95% of design and installation tasks completed on schedule.
2. Operation and Maintenance of Electrical Control Equipment
- 100% of maintenance tasks completed on time; no more than 2 major failures per month.
3. Technical Improvement and Energy Efficiency
- At least 1 feasible improvement proposal per quarter; ≥ 50% successfully implemented.
4. Technical Documentation and Drawing Management
- 100% of documentation meets technical standards and is archived on time.
5. Technical Coordination and Production Support
- Receives an average score of ≥ 3.5/5 for cross-departmental collaboration.
