Electrical Engineer Medium Voltage (1 Year Contract)

Mission
Main mission of this role is to:
• support the selling and execution phases of projects, while also providing administrative support to the team members.
• work closely with the tender and project management teams to ensure smooth project progression from the selling phase (S1 to P0) to the execution phase (P0 to P3).
• prepare design drawings for electrical system and busway.
Key responsibilities / activities
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and assist in the preparation of project proposals.
• Support the team in creating compelling presentations and technical documentation to secure projects.
• Gather and analyze project specifications, technical requirements, and commercial information for project tenders.
• Assist in coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of project requirements.
• Participate in customer meetings and presentations to explain project scope, technical details, and value proposition.
• Support project managers in executing projects, including monitoring project progress, identifying risks or issues, and providing appropriate solutions or recommendations.
• Prepare design drawings for electrical system and busway.
• Provide administrative support to the project management team, including maintaining project documentation, preparing project reports, and updating project schedules.
• Liaise with internal departments, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Assist in implementing project quality checking processes and procedures to ensure project objectives are met.
• Support the team in ensuring customer satisfaction and timely project delivery.
