Các trách nhiệm chính / Main responsibilities
1. Design and install electrical components and sensors for forklifts.
• Understand the specifications of electrical components and sensors, and design electrical circuits.
• Design wiring harnesses based on electrical circuits and vehicle requirements.
Create harness models and drawings using 3D CAD software.
2. Determine how to meet customer requirements and select the appropriate electrical components and sensors.
3. Act as a sub-leader and provide guidance to junior staff.
Have the opportunity to go to Japan for training
Yêu cầu
1. Proficiency in designing electrical circuit diagrams.
• Experience in calculating the capacity of switches, contacts, and wiring.
• Knowledge of design with consideration for electrical noise.
• Ability to create simple relay sequences.
• Competence in planning and drawing overall circuit configurations.
2. Experience in designing wiring harnesses.
• Proficiency in creating harness models and simple mechanical components using 3D CAD software.
• Experience in designing considering factors such as vibration, waterproofing, temperature, and noise.
3. Experience in designing electrical circuits and harnesses for vehicles and mobile units.
4. Skill in identifying and addressing the causes of issues when they arise.
5. Proficiency in communicating in Japanese.
6. Experience in confirming specifications and usage with suppliers.

• NX (3D CAD software)
• VISIO (for creating circuit diagrams)
