Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for Electrical Supervisor (Industrial, ID20063, 1800 USD):
1. Quality & Technical Supervision
Inspect all electrical materials, equipment, and construction procedures to ensure strict compliance with technical standards and design specifications.
Proactively identify defects and recommend corrective actions for contractor errors or violations.
2. Progress & Quantity Management
Track and evaluate construction progress, urging contractors to adhere to approved schedules.
Monitor and verify actual construction quantities against design and contract documents to ensure accuracy and financial transparency.
3. Safety & Environmental Oversight
Oversee contractors to ensure the rigorous implementation of occupational safety measures and environmental protection protocols on-site.
4. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare and manage comprehensive records related to all supervision activities.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding project status, quality, and safety for management and investors.
5. Issue Resolution
Promptly identify technical or logistical bottlenecks and propose effective solutions to keep the project on track.
Requirement
Education: Bachelor's degree in
Electrical Engineering (preferred), Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical fields.
Certification: * Mandatory: Minimum Grade II Construction Supervision Practice Certificate.
Advantageous: Fire Protection Certificate and/or Workplace Safety & Hygiene Training Certificate.
Experience: Proven track record in construction supervision and contractor management.
Technical Skills: * Deep knowledge of QA/QC inspection and quality control procedures.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM/REVIT, and project scheduling software like MS Project.
Soft Skills: * Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Capability to work effectively under high pressure.
English Proficiency: Able to communicate and perform technical tasks in English.
Mobility: Willingness to travel and work on project sites in various provinces as assigned.
