Mô tả công việc
Electrical Supervisor is under Project team to set up new factory and will become Engineering team member after commissioning successfully. This roles will deliver:
- To ensure safe working conditions are designed and standardized into any changes in working practices, new machines and equipment. Follow the rules and standards of EHS management system.
- To supervise and work on electric area base on project timeline, to make sure the successful start-up together with project team and transfer knowledge & practice to operation team for mass production.
- To identify continuous improvement projects by working with local management, proposing any changes in working practices, new equipment and plant development.
- Ensure the manufacturing team is briefed, consulted, trained and developed to improve plant performance in line with the WCM program.
- To provide detailed problem analysis for engineering solutions to maintenance problems in conjunction with production management and operators.
- To develop and operate a structured WCM approach to maintenance, fully exploiting all opportunities to improve plant availability.
- To create detailed, descriptive plant shutdown schedules, which secure the total on going support and contribution of the plant management team.
- To support the manufacturing team in the review of successful performance and countermeasures.
