We are looking for a talent who is suitable for the position of Electrical Team Leader to join Stavian to #GOGLOBAL with the following criteria & work:
At the FEED stage
Participate to review and/or comment the FEED documents provided by FEED CONTRACTOR;
Review and/or approve and make timely comment on the engineering documents submitted by the FEED CONTRACTOR to ensure design objectives are met and engineering works meet standards and specifications as well as other requirement set forth in the FEED contract agreement;
Monitor FEED activities in accordance with applicable codes/standards and FEED progress to ensure schedule as planned;
Prepare reply/response to any clarification raised by the FEED CONTRACTOR;
Support Lead Electrical Engineer to effectively manage all technical aspects of interfacing between involved parties.
Monitor FEED activities for electrical works in accordance with applicable codes/standards and FEED progress to ensure time schedule as planned and to identify any problem, deviation, non-conformance, delay in progress and counter-measure to be taken;
ly prepare and submit information, analyses, calculations, reports... for verifying/clarifying/optimizing FEED document as required
Review FEED document to make sure that all Licensors' process design has been correctly reflected.
Prepare the documents for HAZOP/HAZID/SIL workshop and attend these workshop meeting;
Review the costing methodology and cost summary forms for electrical works provided by FEED CONTRACTOR to ensure an effective cost estimate which meets +/- 10% accuracy as required;
Review and/or comment on the Vendors/Subcontractors list submitted by FEED CONTRACTOR, recommending the COMPANY to approve the Vendor/Subcontractor;
Review the equipment list, material take-off, inquiry document provided by FEED CONTRACTOR.
Others requested by Lead Electrical Engineer and/or Managers.
At the EPC Bidding stage
Collaborate with other disciplines to prepare ITB.
Participating in the evaluation and selection of contractor according to the Construction aspect as the basis for signing the Contract.

At the EPC stage
Engineering
Participate in the tendering works to evaluation and selection of EPC/PMC Contractor.
Join the Engineering team in supervising and approving basic design documents, FEED and detailed design documents to ensure compliance with project standards and contract regulations.
Review and approve drawings, specification, datasheets and other documents of electrical documents issued by EPC Contractor
Others requested by Lead Electrical Engineer and/or Managers.
Procurement
Review MTO/Requisition/TBE.
Attend Vendor work shop inspection as required.
Review Equipment Inspection report, prepare punch list (if any).
Expedite EPC contractor to close related punch list/ defective work/ non-compliance report, etc.
Others requested by Lead Electrical Engineer and/or Managers.
Construction
Responsible for Electrical Construction work activities done by EPC Contractor with reviewing and monitoring schedule, quality, reliable, efficient, safe, and environmentally compatible design, procurement, manufacturing, shipping and construction.
Others requested by Lead Electrical Engineer and/or Managers.
