We are looking for a EE Engineer to join our engineering team and drive value engineering initiatives across products and manufacturing processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage project simultaneously in the role of an Electronic Engineer from the kick-off phase to mass production (MP).
- Issue Analysis and Troubleshooting: Analyze issues related to PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) and identify root causes to propose corrective solutions.
- PCB Design Tool Usage: Utilize PCB design tools (Altium, Eagle, OrCAD) to design and modify electronic circuit boards. Can export the BOM, Schematic and Gerber to support production.
- Basic knowledge of programming various types of MCUs.
- Product Performance Testing and Evaluation: Conduct tests on electronic products to ensure stability, performance, and compatibility.
- Technical Support for Production and QA Teams: Provide technical support to production
and quality control teams throughout the production and testing process.
- Supplier Audit and Management: Conduct supplier audits and management to ensure compliance with quality standards and technical requirements from MIL.
- Cross-department Collaboration: Work closely with design, production, and quality control teams to optimize processes and resolve product-related issues.
