Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a QA Part Leader (Mechanical, $950, ID22854)
QMS Maintenance & System Governance:
Direct the standardization and continuous updating of operational procedures, work instructions, and quality management forms.
Coordinate and lead third-party as well as customer QMS audit proceedings.
Track, evaluate, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding quality control efficacy.
Personnel Training & Development:
Establish comprehensive training schedules and oversee all technical capability-building activities.
Conduct training for operational personnel on quality assurance guidelines; maintain training records and certifications systematically.
Project & Product Quality Governance:
Review technical documentation, engineering drawings, and specifications for new product developments in alignment with GD&T criteria.
Apply international quality codes (ISO, ASTM, ASME, etc.) to product evaluation and qualification.
Approve new items and incoming measurement equipment; construct Product Quality Plans and supervise PPAP execution.
Collaborate with suppliers to enforce quality assurance for raw material inputs.
Manage customer feedback, resolve field claims, and deploy effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Non-Conformance Control (NCR):
Oversee the identification, containment, tracking, and disposition of Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
Address and resolve quality complaints arising from end-user operations (Customer Field Claims).
Requirement
Male, 30 - 35 years old.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, or relevant engineering fields.
Minimum 3 years in a QA Team Leader role within heavy mechanical manufacturing facilities.
Full professional fluency in English across 4 skills (Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking).
Proficiency in mechanical manufacturing standards and robust customer interaction capabilities.
