Mô tả công việc
- Manage & Control the quality of operations of all escalators and elevators in Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi (Office, Shopping Mall & Hotel).
- Manage and implement the escalator and elevator maintenance and safety inspection.
- Check, monitor, and make plans to check and fix damage or defects in the elevator and escalator system.
- Establish operating procedures, repair procedures, and instructions for checking engines, components, and equipment of elevators and escalators.
- Propose improvements to facilities, safety improvements, and enhance the safety quality to ensure customer safety.
- Check contractors' weekly, monthly and annual reports and compare them with actual situation.
Yêu cầu
- 3 - 5 years of experience as a maintenance engineer (Elevator & Escalator Part) in operation building, hotel or shopping mall
- University and above majoring in mechanical electronics or relevant fields.
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
