skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our Vietnam office and take campaigns to the next level.
You'll launch performance-driven email campaigns, work directly in English with international teams,
and gain real-world experience helping U.S. brands grow online.
What You'll Do
• Plan, build, and launch email campaigns that engage and convert customers in the U.S. market
• Set up and optimize segmentation, personalization, and automation flows in platforms like Klaviyo
• Use A/B testing, analytics, and reports to continuously improve open rates, click-throughs, and conversions
• Write and adapt high-quality email copy in English, tailored to each customer journey
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams in Vietnam and abroad to bring campaigns to life
Yêu cầu
What You Bring
● Experience managing email campaigns for digital products, eCommerce, or international markets
● Hands-on skills with email marketing tools such as Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or Iterable
● A balance of data-driven thinking and creative writing to drive real results
● Strong English communication (written and spoken)-IELTS 6.5 or equivalent or higher
● A commitment to detail, performance, and growing your skills every month
