• Lead team to develop embedded firmware for wifi and PON network products.
• Manage all stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Communicate proactively and efficiently with company teams and external parties.
• Project schedule control and risk management
• Ensure consistent software quality and efficiency.
• Support sales, hardware and factory teams.
• Motivate team members, to build a productive work environment.
• Recruitment and technical training
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, electrical engineering, telecommunication or related major.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in embedded software development, preferably C on Linux platforms.
• At least 2 years of experience directly leading a software team.
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Experience with networking products is a plus.
• Experience with software architecture design for embedded devices.
