Family Medical Practice's growing team of dedicated physicians specialize in emergency & evacuation medicine, pediatrics, internal medicine, women's health, orthopedics, and psychiatry, among others.
We are looking for Customer Service Call Centers to be part of our Alarm Center team at Family Medical Practice in HCMC; to become part of the broadest emergency response network in Vietnam.
- The Customer Service Call Centers will respond to medical emergency calls. They will gather essential information from callers and dispatch the appropriate first responder to the scene.

Paid training, including EMD certification (if not already certified).
Opportunities for advancement into senior dispatcher, team leader, or supervisor roles.
Cultural sensitivity training provided to improve caller interactions.
