Essential Functions/ Responsibilities.
1. Develop and maintain Policies, Internal Regulations, Collective Labor Agreement, documentations which are both compliance with the law and align with the Company's objectives;
2. Responsible for Collective bargaining, dialogue at workplace;
3. Give proper internal trainings, refresh trainings about the Company policies, Internal Regulations, Collective Labor Agreement, TQR, etc;
4. Manage the compliance of all associates regarding to Internal Regulations, Policies and proceed with labor disciplinary for violations;
5. Serve as the initial contact and liaison for intake and assessment of employee complaints;
6. Conduct exit interview, initial interviews and gathers information for employee relations matters such as harassment allegations, work complaints or other concerns and propose methods, initiatives, policies that help improve and maintain good working environment, employee retention;
7. Conduct surveys, research related to human resource policies, compensation, and other labor negotiations; collects information and reports results to the Human Resources Manager;
8. Responsible for the compliance in all HR documentations in onboarding, promotion, demotion, changes, labor discipline, termination, etc;
9. Periodical update on the labor law, compulsory insurance, PIT;
10. Give advice in terms of law compliance;
11. Work with the Labor Departments or related government office regarding to labor relations;
12. Give support to other HR members including Recruitment, C&B, Training, Admin;
13. Special projects as and when assigned by Management;
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Required Experience
1. At least 3 years-experience in the similar positions
2. Good command of written and spoken English
2. Strong communication, interpersonal & negotiation skill;
3. Integrity, polite
Preferred Education:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Law. Labor Law is preferred;
